- The fit promise: Email us within 30 days of delivery with your dog's chest measurement. Nothing to send back.
- Damaged or defective: email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. You don't need to return the damaged item.
- Change of mind: return the item unused within 30 days of delivery. We'll send you the return address; return shipping is paid by the customer. We refund the purchase price within 5 business days of receiving the return.
- Lost in transit: full refund or reshipment, whichever you prefer.
